Publication series

AFinLA publishes two peer-reviewed publication series: AFinLA Yearbook and the thematic publication AFinLA-teema. From 2015 onwards, both series can be freely accessed online.

On these sub-pages, you can find information about AFinLA publications prior to 2015 as well as guidelines for manuscript preparation for AFinLA series.

The association’s policy on archiving publications in parallel repositories

Authors are allowed to publish their AFinLA Yearbook or AFinLA-teema articles in their own university’s institutional Open Access repository, their employing organisation’s repository or in another online repository (such as ResearchGate, Akademia.edu or LinkedIn), in a way that visibly displays a link to the original publication. Authors have the right to publish their work as a part of a doctoral dissertation or licenciate thesis, also in versions that are freely accessible online.

The publisher’s PDF version must be used in parallel publishing. The article cannot be published prior to being published on AFinLa’s publishing platform (OJS). A link to the original publication must be attached to any parallel publications.
